Job Title: Graduate Project Manager
Role purpose
The Graduate Project Manager will support the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering and construction projects. The role provides exposure to project management disciplines including planning, financial control, stakeholder management, and health and safety compliance.
Responsibilities & Duties
Including but not limited to the following:
Assist with project planning and scheduling activities.
Support the monitoring of project progress, risks, and performance.
Coordinate communications between clients, suppliers, and project teams.
Assist with producing project reports and management information.
Support budget tracking and financial forecasting.
Help manage project documentation and records.
Attend project meetings and record actions.
Assist with resource and programme management.
Support the delivery of projects in line with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Develop an understanding of project governance and contractual requirements.

Qualifications and experience
Degree completed within the last 2 years (or final-year student).
Full UK Driving Licence or working towards obtaining one.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
A relevant degree in one of the below:
Project Management
Construction Management
Civil Engineering
Business Management
Engineering Management
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Desirable:
Project lifecycle management
Microsoft Project or planning software
Risk management principles
Stakeholder engagement
Budget control and reporting
Health and safety requirements
Placement year or industry experience.
Knowledge of construction, utilities, or power infrastructure sectors.
