Job Title: Finance Graduate
Role purpose
The Finance Graduate will support the Finance Business Partner and Commercial Team in performing accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in corporate finance and accounting.
Responsibilities & Duties
Including but not limited to the following:
· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
· Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
· Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
· Process financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
· Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and schedules.
· Analyse financial data and prepare management reports.
· Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Participate in financial projects and process improvement initiatives.
· Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
· Support senior finance staff with ad hoc reporting and analysis
· Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
· Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics is an advantage.
· Ability to analyse financial data and identify trends.

Person Specification
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
· High ethical standards and integrity.
Desirable criteria
ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification (completed or studying towards).
