The Role
A Regional Coordinator is required by the Omexom to support our expanding business. This involves working closely with the Regional Director for England, together with the Regional Team and carrying out general office administration duties as required.
Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -
- Providing strong administration support for the England Regional Director
- Liaising with the England Regional Team
- Continuously develop and advance the office in England and Administrative systems
- Manage hospitality for customers and prepare the office for customer/ team meetings
- Work with the on-site facilities team representing our brand at building services meetings
- Manage office equipment repairs and servicing
- Liaising with project teams to help and resolve issues
- Maintain employees training records and coordinate and book training courses
- Liaise with Head office / HR as required
Essential Skills and Competencies
- A minimum of 2 years recent experience in providing administrative support within a busy office environment.
- A good standard of educational attainment with a minimum Grade C GCSE passes in English and Maths.
- Sound IT skills including use of the Microsoft Office package with the ability to quickly learn new skills and become familiar with new software packages.
- Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate to staff at all levels.
- Be able to work under pressure, be a team player and have a high level of self-motivation.
- Possess the ability to use your initiative to ensure new skills and tasks are picked up easily.
- The flexibility to work additional hours whenever required.
